Terms of Service
Welcome to Always Be 20 (“we,” “us,” “our”), a United States based online store. You can reach us anytime through our support page. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell cosmetic star-shaped spot patches. They are intended only to cover and conceal blemishes as a cosmetic accessory. They are not a drug or medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from images.
Reseller relationship
Always Be 20 is an independent retailer. The products we sell are manufactured and supplied by third parties (including Hitworker), not by us. We do not manufacture, produce, or alter the products. Any product warranty, and any responsibility for the design, ingredients, manufacturing, or safety of a product, rests with its manufacturer or supplier, not with Always Be 20. Our role is limited to reselling the product and helping you with your order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for manufacturing defects or product-quality issues, which should be directed to the manufacturer, while we still help you with refunds or replacements as described in our Refund Policy.
Skin use & assumption of risk
Our patches are applied to the skin. Skin reacts differently from person to person, and any product worn on the skin carries a risk of irritation or an allergic reaction. Before full use, we recommend a patch test on a small area. Discontinue use immediately if you experience redness, irritation, or discomfort, and consult a healthcare professional if needed. They are not intended for broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, or for children without adult supervision. By purchasing and using our products, you accept these risks and agree that you use them at your own risk.

Nothing on our store is medical, dermatological, or professional advice. For any skin concern or condition, please consult a qualified professional.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by paying you agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your card details.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items that become unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our store and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the products will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Always Be 20 and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our store or products, including any skin reaction or irritation. In all cases, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Always Be 20 and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from our store. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Agreement at checkout
When you place an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store means you accept the current version.

What we collect
Your name, email, and shipping address; order and contact details; and basic usage data (such as cookies for your cart and analytics). Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, provide support, send order updates, improve the store, and, only if you opt in, send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping/fulfillment partner, and email and analytics providers, plus where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or opt out of certain uses. Reach us through our support page to make a request.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Processing & delivery time
Orders ship from our supplier. Most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and can vary.
Shipping cost
A flat $4.99 shipping fee applies per order, shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we’ll email you a link once your order ships.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
All sales are final
Because we ship directly from our supplier and these are skin-contact products, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
When you’re covered
You will receive a full refund if:
- your order is lost in transit;
- your item arrives damaged or defective; or
- your order does not arrive within 30 days.
How to request a refund
Contact us through our Support page with your order number (and a photo if your item arrived damaged). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to post.
